Bacon is my favorite food. There was a short period in my teenage years where I ate bacon every single day. Then I started getting heartburn so I stopped. Wouldn’t recommend doing that.
The only downside about bacon is the mess that it makes. Grease flies all over the kitchen, and on top of the person cooking it.
Since I purchased my air fryer I’ve tried to cook virtually everything in it. My husband started joking that if it can’t be cooked in there, I won’t be cooking it. I’m not sure that he’s wrong.
I tried cooking bacon, and after a few tries, I think I’ve perfected it. And the best part is that cooking it in the air fryer allows the grease to drain while it’s being cooked. That means it’s healthier for you than traditional pan frying. That’s reason enough to eat an extra slice!
Scroll down a little further and you’ll find the quick and easy way to cook your bacon in the air fryer.
